2.0 Modification Of Child Support
If the original order was consistent with the guidelines or based on a rebuttal of the guidelines, the rule that a modification is appropriate upon a showing that there is " 'a discrepancy of [twenty percent] or more between an established order and a proposed new order calculated under [the] guidelines' . . . does not apply."
